These Terms of Service govern purchases made from 67btur Qr through 67btur-qr.myshopify.com and set the rules for permitted use of the website.

By placing an order through 67btur-qr.myshopify.com, you agree to these Terms and the transaction policies presented or linked at checkout. The version in effect when the order is submitted governs that order. Please read them before placing an order.

If these Terms differ from a transaction policy on a subject specifically addressed by that policy, the specialized policy controls that subject, subject to applicable law.

Store Identity and Authorization

67btur Qr is an independently owned and operated online store based in the United States.

The branded products available through this website are genuine products that 67btur Qr is authorized to sell. We are also authorized to use the relevant trademarks and approved brand materials in connection with those products. All trademarks and brand materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We manage orders, coordinate fulfillment, and provide customer support. Payments are processed by the payment service providers presented at checkout. Shopify provides the commerce platform used by the store but is not the seller of the products and does not manage our fulfillment, returns, refunds, or customer service.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, 67btur Qr is an independent authorized retailer and is not the manufacturer or owner of the product’s brand.

Legal Capacity and Order Information

You may place an order only if you have legal capacity to enter into the transaction. If you do not, a parent or legal guardian must place the order.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information, use only a payment method you are authorized to use, and review the selected products, quantities, delivery address, and payment details before submitting an order.

If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting its login credentials and for notifying us at support@67btur-qr.myshopify.com if you believe the account has been accessed without authorization.

Product Information, Prices, and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear, but this does not excuse a material difference between a delivered product and its description or limit any right available under our Refund Policy.

Products are subject to availability. Adding a product to the cart does not guarantee availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is successfully placed but before the carrier takes physical possession, the Limited Store Cancellation Grounds section below applies.

All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars. The final order total shown at checkout includes applicable sales tax and is charged to the selected payment method when the order is successfully placed, as explained in our Payment Policy.

Prices may change before an order is submitted. A later price change or the end of a promotion does not change the amount confirmed for an order that has already been successfully placed.

Orders and Payment

An order is successfully placed when checkout confirms its submission and the full order amount is charged to the selected payment method. If payment fails or is not authorized, the order will not be confirmed as paid and will not be successfully placed.

After an order is successfully placed, we will send an order confirmation to the email address used at checkout. A confirmed order may be canceled by the store only for one of the limited reasons stated below.

Accepted payment methods, payment authorization, immediate charging, declined payments, one-time purchases, checkout security, and the return of issued refunds are explained in our Payment Policy.

Limited Store Cancellation Grounds

Before the carrier takes physical possession of the affected package, we may cancel an accepted order or affected item only when at least one of the following conditions applies:

  • the ordered item becomes unavailable.
  • the payment is reversed or is reasonably determined to be unauthorized.
  • a reasonably supported concern involving fraud, unauthorized payment, or a genuine security threat cannot be resolved before shipment.
  • fulfilling the order would violate applicable law or has become objectively impossible.
  • a clear and material error in the displayed price or a key product detail affected the order.

We will cancel only the affected item unless the issue necessarily affects the entire order.

For a material pricing or product-information error, we will explain the error by email. We will not substitute another product or charge a corrected or higher price to the existing order. If you still want the product, you may place a new order using the corrected information.

A later price change, the end of a promotion, a change in our costs or margin, or a non-material typographical error is not a reason to cancel a confirmed order.

If we cancel an affected item after payment has been charged and the payment has not already been reversed or refunded, we will notify you by email and issue a refund of the amount charged for that item, including corresponding sales tax, to the original payment method within 2 business days. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

An order-verification review does not suspend the processing-delay notices, customer choices, or refund deadlines stated in our Shipping Policy.

Customer-requested cancellations and cancellations involving processing delays are governed by our Shipping Policy. This section addresses only the store’s limited cancellation grounds.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free for every order accepted for delivery at checkout, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping destinations, customs-related charges, order processing, transit estimates, tracking, split shipments, address changes, cancellations, delays, delivery problems, and packages returned to sender are governed by that policy.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. The applicable notice, cancellation, replacement, and refund protections in the Shipping Policy remain available according to their stated conditions.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Return eligibility, product-condition requirements, return requests, prepaid labels, return deadlines, inspections, exchanges, replacements, and refund amounts and timing are governed by our Refund Policy.

Do not mail a product until the request has been approved and we have provided return instructions and a prepaid return label. We do not charge return shipping, restocking, or return processing fees for approved returns.

A product received with missing parts or components is handled under the Refund Policy. An item missing entirely from a delivered package, or a package that was not delivered, is handled under our Shipping Policy.

Lawful Use and Website Security

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not do any of the following:

  • place a fraudulent order, knowingly provide false information, or use a payment method without authorization.
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with another person or organization.
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, system, network, or non-public area of the website.
  • introduce malicious code, bypass security measures, or interfere with the operation or security of the website.
  • use automated tools in a way that materially disrupts or places an unreasonable burden on the website.
  • use the website to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

We may apply reasonable and proportionate restrictions to website or account access when necessary to address unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, or a genuine security threat.

An access restriction does not cancel an existing order or remove any return, refund, warranty, or other consumer right unless the order itself is affected by one of the limited cancellation grounds stated in these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Trademarks, logos, product images, and approved brand materials displayed on the website belong to their respective owners and are used with authorization. Store-created text, design elements, and other original materials belong to 67btur Qr or the applicable licensors.

You may view and use website content for ordinary personal shopping and product-information purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit protected website content without authorization from the relevant rights owner.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of a trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property right to you.

Privacy and Payment Processing

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment processing and how issued refunds are returned are described in our Payment Policy.

Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to independently operated third-party websites or services. Those third parties apply their own terms and privacy notices to their websites and services.

We do not control the content or availability of an independently operated third-party website. However, the use of a third-party provider does not remove our responsibility for fulfilling our own obligations concerning an order, delivery, return, refund, or customer-service request.

Website Availability and Corrections

We may maintain, update, or temporarily interrupt parts of the website and may correct inaccurate website information prospectively.

A website correction does not retroactively change the confirmed terms of an existing order. If a correction reveals one of the limited cancellation grounds stated above, we will follow that section, including its notification and refund requirements.

Temporary website unavailability does not remove rights or remedies already associated with an existing order.

Manufacturer Warranties and Consumer Rights

If a product includes a written manufacturer warranty, its terms or clear instructions for obtaining them will be available through the product page before purchase. The warranty remains available according to its terms and is additional to our Refund Policy and any rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right, statutory warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. We will post the revised version and update the effective date.

The updated version applies to orders submitted after its effective date. The version presented or linked at checkout when you submit an order governs that order. A later change will not retroactively reduce the rights or remedies associated with an existing order.

Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
